Terms Of Service

I WILL do the following:

~Plushies~
~Gore~
~Babies~
~Couples~
~Kissing~


I WILL NOT do the following

~NFSW~
~Anything suggestive~
~Vore~
~Inflation~

General Information

~I have the right to decline a commission due to the request, pose, facial expression, or anything I find I don't like to draw, but I will give you change the thing I don’t want to draw.

~ I have the right to change my Terms of service and add to the list of my will and will not

~I do art trades and free art on journals only, so please don’t note me asking for an art trade or free art, 9 out of 10 times I will say no

~ If you receive an adoptable from me, you may do whatever you please, even sell it again at your own price. If you do choose to resell it, please credit me with the original design and do not remove my watermark on the original ref sheet I gave you.


Commission Info

~ I only take payment through PayPal in the currency: USD

~Once past the sketching phase I WILL NOT do any major changes, please tell me if you want anything small changed during the line art phase, I can work with that

~I'm a fast drawer, so please be ready to reply to anything I might ask during the process

~If asked, I will send progress pictures at each stage: Sketch, Lines Art, and color (and shading if requested) before finalizing the commission

~I have the right to upload the art to my account, but if you do not want your username in the description, please let me know have to let me know


Refunding

~If you cancel the commission and I have not started or I have not gotten far (middle of sketching), I will give you a full refund

~I will only give you a partial refund if I have started on the commission (finished sketching or started line art)

~If canceled and still want to see the art, you may see the unfinished commission, watermarked, but you CANNOT use it in any way after your refund.

~If I can’t do or finish the commission after you have paid, you will get a full refund, even if I’m almost done.

~If you don’t like the commission, you WILL NOT get any kind of refund, and If there are any changes you want after I have completed the commission, you have to pay extra $2.00

~I can not guarantee you that you will get exactly what you want


Rules

~You CANNOT change the art in anyway (Examples: Recoloring, Adding items on, removing items on, etc.)

~If you choose to reupload the art to your page, you MUST credit me with my username and/or link to my Fur Affinity account
